Brief description of the problem
Error creating an account in the web interface after a base installation of 3.18
Detailed step by step instructions to reproduce the problem
After installing 3.18 on VMWare Server 5,5u3 and rebooting the VM and then browsing to the IP provided from a Client PC and then attempting to create an account, this is the error code that that is displayed.
