Error running a command after base installation of 3.18

Brief description of the problem

Error creating an account in the web interface after a base installation of 3.18

Detailed step by step instructions to reproduce the problem

After installing 3.18 on VMWare Server 5,5u3 and rebooting the VM and then browsing to the IP provided from a Client PC and then attempting to create an account, this is the error code that that is displayed.

@Allan_Burton Welcome to Rockstor.
The issue you are having here is caused by there being no serial number on your sda device. Rockstor requires a unique serial on every device as is the case with real hw. Once you sort that out in your hyper visor / VM host your should be good.
