Help! Failed to start samba due to a system error: Error running a command. cmd

When I turned on samba service on service panel, but error was happend on newest rockstor 3.9.0-14

1st, login Web console
2nd, goto service -> turn on samba service
3rd, Error messege shown on my web browser

code handling samba service didn’t change since 3.8.something, so it should be ok.
Can you provide more infos? ex.: samba shares, etc
