Root password synch?

Hi everybody,
I’m facing a strange situation, logging into the server [ROCKSTOR 3.9.1-0] from the server itself as a root, I can access perfectly. If I’ll try to do the same action from the ‘>_ system shell’ within the web interface I cannot.
Some idea?

That’s by design? You must use a different user to login but can do a “su” to get root accessment.
