Change Plex GID

Hi guys,
I’ve create the group “multimedia” and added the user “Plex” and “Transmission”, so that Plex can see the files that Transmission download.
Now I need to change the group Plex run with, how do I do that?

Hello Andrea,

You should remove and reinstall Plex using the same config and media shares, but a different GID.
