I just started to play with Rockstor and I like what I see.
I created a send replication task and realized that I miss type the pool name. Is there a way to edit or delete the task in the UI or via command line?

Replication in the current version is broken. It so happens that we just fixed it. The next update to be released in the next few days will give you the ability to edit and delete tasks.
Once the update is pushed, you can update right from the web-ui. Please subscribe yourself to our announce mailing list and you’ll get an email when the update is available. https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/rockstor-announce

Just want to close the loop on this one. The particular replication bug reported here has been fixed as part of this pull request: https://github.com/rockstor/rockstor-core/pull/583 merged sometime in early feb.
There have been multiple updates since I last commented on this topic. So do update to the latest version(3.8-1 atm)
