There is no official emule plugin for Rockstor AFAIK at this time.
Rockstor uses a docker-based plugin system called ‘Rockons’.
You can quite easily create Rockons using the documentation shown here.
You would need some rudimentary knowledge of JSON and docker, and then to choose a suitable docker image, such as this mlDonkey image.

Hi,
i’m missing this Rockon, too.
And since CentOS nor RHEL have Emuale as RPM package i was forced to install the latest Emule binary from the SF repo by hand.
So no auto (security) updates
