I have upgraded to Leap 16 and this has happened. I wonder if there is something missing from the leap 16.0 install

Have you checked the rockstor logs to determine whether there’s an issue with the data collector?
either via the WebUI, or at the command line with something like:
tail -n200 /opt/rockstor/var/log/rockstor.log
Which version of rockstor are you running, and does the other functionality within the Rockstor WebUI work?
