Permissions Problem (with picture)

Hi!

I got permission problem with new versions:

Every user have their own home directory (User1,User2,User3)
And we got a Common Files Directory. We add write permission for several users for this map (D*** User any Sz**** user)

As you see in the picture the Sz, and D user got full permission in Common Files directory
But when one of this user create a new file, or copy a new file into this directory then only the user who created got write permission to this file…

In this picture you see, that a D user create a new file, and Sz got only read permission for it…

We want to inheritate permission from the main directory. Can we do this?

This problem available only after an update in 2019 summer.
