I have problems when entering to edit a user created in Jellyfin.
I appreciate the advice or help in advance.

I assume you have created and attached the config and data shares on the jellyfin Rockon? Has this happened after a new installation or have you had this for some time and the issue just now occurred?
It is a new installation.
Users are created and saved without problems, videos and times viewed are even recorded. The problem is only occurring when trying to edit users.
This might be a jellyfin issue, unrelated to the docker (aka Rockon) version. Check this post on the jellyfin forum and see whether that fix might work:
