Rockstor forum 'log in with google'

Problem:

  • cant log in with google to rockstor forums

I keep getting an error:

Error 401: deleted_client

The OAuth client was deleted.

Ive tried twice on 2 different systems. Ive given up and make a username/password but it would be nice if someone else could confirm this.

Steps to replicate:

  • open chrome (or goto incognito window)
  • goto https://forum.rockstor.com/
  • click “login” then “with google” on the right
  • result Error listed above.

Hi @DrC,

Thanks for reporting that. I can reproduce that problem and would not have noticed it without your report ;-).

It looks like we need to fix the Google OAuth integration with our Discourse instance… we’ll try to get that resolved.
