[SOLVED] After changing DHCP address to static, cannot access Rockstor

I am running Rockstor as a VirtualBox VM on a CentOS 6.8 host.

I have installed and deleted it 4 times.

After I log in, I would like to change the DHCP IP address to a static IP. Everytime, in the 4 installs, I can no longer access the web GUI.

I can open the /etc/sysconfig/networking-scripts/ifcfg-enp0s3 file and everything is correct.

Is there another file some where preventing me access?
