Found in need of zoneminder that it has been cleaned from rock-ons registry.
So after a quick googling I found possible replacement image(s) from docker hub: enros/motioneye.

It has not been yet tested and I haven’t time not until mid February to develop this.
Okay, this too a while

IMHO verdict is that this is not going to get itself any soon to official registry, because this needs manual install of motion package (CLI: zyppper install motion).
Until someone figures out to include that package with container.
DYI solution is to (as root) install from command line motion package and git clone JSON to local metastore.
