welcome to the Rockstor community. You probably can’t run this on OpenWRT directly, unless you’re going to run a VM on top of the OpenWRT system.
Considering that Rockstor is an appliance, rather than an installable package, it is interwined with the OpenSuse operating system (the btrfs file system and zypper not being the only dependencies), and so, likely, cannot be easily transferred to a different linux distro.
As you have probably noticed that is only a portion of the things required. btrfs is required at the OS level. You can check out the kiwi-based Rockstor installer or the rpm spec for all of the packages and pre-requistes that are part of the appliance installation.
