I just noticed this issue with Appman and your new order and have resolved it before reading this forum post.

Also take care with publishing your activation code and Appliance ID on this open (public) forum.

In short, if anyone else has this issue it’s best to email support.

The cause in this case was a prior grace period subscription held by yourself under a different email. All resolved now however so if you give the new activation code another go you should be good.
