My pool exists but failed to start Rockstar. I was not able to refresh the repos.

I didn’t make any system or application changes and drives are looking good.

When I tried to run Zypper update, this command is asking for a password. I don’t have a password and I use the same appliance and hardware, No changes. UUID is the same for the past two years.
RiversideNas:~ # zypper refresh

Looking at the first issue you seem to be running into.

Do you still have a stable channel subscription for Rockstor? You can probably check your subscription (and the associated UUID) with the app manager:

I see the subscription expired on this account however, I have an active subscription with opencollective. How to bring the subscription from Open Collective to App Manager?

Appliance UUID are the same and it is not matching with the data for the same email id and UUID on the OpenCollective information. I can’t find a way to update from one to another.

send a personal message to @phillxnet, he should be able to help you with this.
