Error: Unknown internal error doing a PUT to /api/pools/2/remove

Brief description of the problem

I have RAID5 pool with 4 drives One 4TB and 3- 1TB

Detailed step by step instructions to reproduce the problem

From the Pool screen was trying to resize and remove 1 - 1TB drive for upgrade to another 4tb

Hi @Alex_K,

We might be able to get more information in the logs here. You can thus have a look at the rockstor.log file:

  1. either manually at /opt/rockstor/var/log/rockstor.log
    or
  2. through Rockstor’s log manager: “System” > “Logs Manager”: “Rockstor logs”.

You should be able to find a related error in this log, with hopefully more information on what caused the problem.

As a work around:

  1. ShutDown Rockstor
  2. Removed HD and Installed new one
  3. Resized Pool by add new HD
  4. Deleted old HD from the list of drives
