@RJIdaho Welcome to the Rockstor community and thanks for the report.
This is an unusual issue and it will be difficult for anyone to address it unless you can give move info re the following request:
ie were you attempting to set up a particular network config for example. And what is the network setup on your machine currently.
Also note that if you subscribe to either one of the update channels you will get a much newer version of the Rocsktor code than what was included on the iso (Testing = 3.9.1-14, Stable = 3.9.2-31 as of writing).
