Now what I did was I renamed the old versions container via ssh and rebooted. now It defaults on the new updated rock-on plex updated server. problem solved thanks so much for the help.
the old container is still there but not running…
mv 15266288cd30a42918b5f26a0974beaccdff703cbe9aab1891d4050990ec823c 15266288cd30a42918b5f26a0974beaccdff703cbe9aab1891d4050990ec823
that’s what I did…
[root@RockstorC24 ~]# docker ps
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES
7b1a46e17516 linuxserver/plex “/init” About an hour ago Up 9 minutes plex-linuxserver.io
[root@RockstorC24 ~]#
Now you see the new version running…
